Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch. Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent losses and discrepancies. Implement warehouse processes and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Handle warehouse-related reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics for management review. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations, including handling claims or discrepancies. Requirements Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a logistics provider environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics operations. Proven experience managing a team and improving warehouse efficiency. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
