Duties & Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department * Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. * Accurately oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of inventory sold to customers * Review and maintain KPI’s to achieve customer satisfaction * Maintain Inventory accuracy * Serve as a liaison between the warehouse area and other departments responding to all needs fairly and in the most productive manner * Perform other work-related tasks as assigned * Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Result-oriented * Multitasking abilities * Good time-management skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Organized, structured & efficient * Exercise good judgement and timely decision making * ERP experience (Omega /Oracle) * Able to communicate at all levels of management * Ability to communicate written and orally in English Every day, the oil and gas industry’s best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success.
