About the role

Paragon Care distribution services move over 50,000 pharmaceutical, medical consumable, equipment and food products through our national network of state-based distribution centres. Our Eastern Creek warehouse services the broader NSW area, as well as Interstate and remote country locations daily. This is a high volume, high pace environment in the midst of a large organizational change. In addition to ordinary warehouse operations activities, this role will have regular positive interactions with the employee union, manage grievances, review current work practices and review operating costs.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure the timely receival and availability of products across mixed carton, full pallet and container deliveries.

- Proactively identify and escalade opportunities to improve the inbound operations.

n

- Quickly escalade any issues that may impact operations.

n

- Ensure information is accurate and provided timely.

n

- Maintain strict adherence to the Code of Positive Warehousing Practice (GWP).

• - Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across the receiving and put-away operations using established methodologies.
