Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Warehousing/Distribution and/or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Logistics Management and 5 to 10 total years in Air Cargo Handling, Logistics and/or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of TSA guidelines
• Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership in managing warehouse.
• Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations and transportation systems
• Strong working knowledge of automated inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Effective communicator, written and verbal with diverse workforce and customer groups

PURPOSE:

Manages and supervises personnel and business activities of the Warehouse under guidance of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager. Responsible for overseeing all Warehouse functions including: receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, customer service, purchasing, P&L, budgeting, safety & security, coordinate with sales, operations planning, information systems and Administration to ensure proper staffing and the ability to handle daily customer demand on a consistent basis.
Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and supervising personnel and business activities of the Warehouse under guidance of the Assistant General Manager and General Manager. Responsible for overseeing all Warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory control, pick pack, customer service, purchasing, customer service, P & L, budgeting, safety & security, Coordinate with Sales, Operations Planning, Information Systems and Administration to ensure proper staffing and the ability to handle daily customer demand on a consistent basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Prepare and implement the functional target and plan based on branch/department target and plan.
• Directs the efficient and cost-effective lay-out, organization and operation of the warehouse.
• Manages inbound activities related to the receipt and storage of goods, inventory management and claims.
• Manages outbound activities related to order filling, pick pack, stock replenishment and shipping.
• Responsible for budgeting, customer service, facility, and equipment operation.
• Administers overall inventory management, productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Ensures the security and safety of the personnel and facility.
• Manage all personnel activities within the department.
• Ensure all levels of the department are following company policies.
• Hires, supervises, trains and manages performance of Warehouse employees.
• Creates and maintains positive work environment for all employees.
• Acts as the designated CCSF Facility Security Coordinator in accordance with TSA regulations (49 CFR Part 1549), and serves as the primary point of contact for all TSA-related security matters.
• Implements and maintains the Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) Security Program,ensuring full compliance with TSA requirements.
• Coordinates with the IACSSP Security Coordinator to ensure proper documentation, training records, and security compliance measures are in place.
• Ensures secure record-keeping of relevant data, including access control, screening logs, and STA records, in cooperation with the IACSSP role as appropriate.
• Coordinates TSA audits, inspections, and communications, and ensures readiness for regulatory reviews.
• Supports ongoing security training in collaboration with the IACSSP Security Coordinator.
• Responsible for the regular review and reporting of CCTV footage to the corporate office and TSA, in accordance with internal policy and TSA guidelines.
• Maintains 24/7 availability to respond to TSA security alerts or emergencies as required.
  Salary Pay Range: $90,000-$100,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
