Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all incoming/outgoing warehousing activities; monitor inventory and logistics flows.
  • Lead and train warehouse team; uphold safety and performance standards.
  • Drive accurate inventory management and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain order fulfilment.
  • Implement process improvements, maintain equipment, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Design and execute long-term warehouse strategies in alignment with business growth, customer expectations, and supply chain evolution.
  • Lead network planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership on CapEx planning, budgeting, and return-on-investment analysis for warehouse improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive process improvements and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review.
  • Monitor and control warehouse operating costs; identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective service
  • Promote cross-training, workforce planning, and succession development to build team resilience.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
  • Ensure full compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) standards and MOM/SCDF/NEA regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and implement mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in logistics
  • Min 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
  • Forklift license (mandatory); Class 3 license (if applicable).
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), with ERP experience preferred.
