Description

hat You'll Be DoingLead all warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock control and cycle counts
Coordinate transport, deliveries, collections and third-party logistics providers
Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor warehouse performance through KPIs and reporting
Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team
Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards
Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service
Support IT asset management, onboarding and operational equipment where required
Work closely with the CEO to support the continued growth of the UK business

What We're Looking ForProven experience managing warehouse, logistics or operations teams
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience working with warehouse management systems or ERP software
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement
Hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one if required)
Experience within the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage but not essential
