As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll contribute to the success of a warehouse or manufacturing location for PepsiCo by coordinating the receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse. You’ll design and develop product movement and storage systems, improve operations, and support the front line staff. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across all shifts. You’ll be responsible for managing numerous shifts in either a union or non-union environment and developing a team of supervisors.
