Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead Ultrial's warehouse operations, labelling and packaging operations, inventory management, facility management and compliance with approved GMP/GDP procedures. This is a pivotal, primarily in office leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical trial materials (CTM), ensuring every item—from ambient to cold chain is stored, expertly packaged, tracked, and handled with clinical precision. Key Responsibilities:

Regulated Warehouse Operations: Lead day-to-day receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory activities for clinical trial materials and pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures.

Inventory Integrity: Design and manage rigorous inventory control systems, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and real-time tracking of CTM.

Packaging & Labelling Oversight : Manage the secondary packaging and clinical labelling operations, ensuring all materials are blinded, kitted, and packed according to strict project-specific protocols.

Facility & Cold Chain Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including the pre-conditioning and configuration of passive cold chain shippers to maintain thermal integrity during transit.

Order Fulfillment: Lead the pick-and-pack process for clinical kits
