The Warehouse Manager is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, productivity and efficiency. These duties include inventory management and controls, receiving and distribution, maintenance and organization, vehicles and equipment, safety, staff management, cost controls and communication with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to communicate via text, email and phone efficiently with management team, other departments and service providers.
• Technology: Ability to work with company software, excel and various types of reports.
• Creativity: Ability to assess current operations and develop concepts and plans to improve efficiency and processes.
• Leadership: Desire to create a positive team environment, motivate staff and lead by example.
• Problem Solving: Ability to independently assess and solve a problem. Foresight into potential problems and initiative in seeking resolution. Follow through on closure.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Warehouse Logistics and Management Experience - 5 years minimum required
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Experience with OSHA and DOS warehouse safety and operations requirements
• Previous experience in Alcoholic Beverage Industry a plus!
• Experience with Encompass or similar beverage supply chain software
• Google Suite, Excel and Microsoft experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
