We are seeking an organized, proactive Warehouse Manager / Fleet Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, fleet coordination, and inventory management. Why Join Us: Competitive salary $75,000-$90,000 Annually PTO and Paid Holidays Comprehensive benefits package including matching 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Accidental & Critical Illness coverages Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage Stable, long-term career with a growing local company Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment What You’ll Be Doing: Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, and cleanliness Oversee inventory control, including ordering, tracking, and restocking tools, parts, and materials Issue, track, and maintain company tools and tool accounts Coordinate fleet operations including vehicle readiness, maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure trucks are stocked and operational Maintain accurate records for inventory, fleet maintenance, and equipment assignments Receive and organize deliveries and ensure proper storage Ensure safety standards are followed in the warehouse and yard Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and cost control This is a hands-on, operational role supporting our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical teams.
