THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take charge of our operations, ensuring smooth receiving, storage, and distribution processes. If you have a strong leadership mindset, expertise in warehouse optimization, and a passion for improving processes, we want to hear from you!
This is a permanent, full-time role, and we offer a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week of work. We offer competitive remuneration between $30- $40 per hour based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Ø Develop and execute warehouse management strategies to optimize space and inventory control.
Ø Lead and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ø Negotiate and improve coordination with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.
Ø Monitor stock levels and implement systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Ø Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and service providers.
Ø Generate operational reports to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
