ShakeStir is a small but fast-growing direct-to-consumer, e-commerce enterprise consisting of three sister companies: Cocktail Courier, Shaker & Spoon and Thirstie. We produce monthly curated cocktail kits (think Blue Apron for craft cocktails) and ship them all over the country along with a variety of supporting products. Our small, dedicated team is focused on continuing to grow the company and to create unique, craft products. JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our production and packing warehouse operations. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound materials, supporting production workflows, managing packing and dispatch activities, and leading a team to ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of warehouse and production support logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor in a production, manufacturing, or packing environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse logistics, production support, and inventory control systems.
Experience with material flow management and warehouse layout planning.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Forklift certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; additional education in supply chain, logistics, or operations management is an advantage.
Spanish proficiency would be a great addition
WORK CONDITIONS:
Physical work in a warehouse/production setting, including standing, lifting, and operating equipment.
May require extended hours during holiday season.
Exposure to noise, machinery, and temperature changes in a production environment.
Salary: $60,000 depending on experience

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, material handling, inventory management, packing, and shipping.
Support production teams by ensuring timely delivery and staging of raw materials and components.
Oversee packing and finished goods processes to ensure orders meet quality standards and production timelines.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to support lean production workflows and reduce waste.
Collaborate with production, sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Enforce company safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, stock accuracy, and packing efficiency.
Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure it is used safely and effectively.
Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in line with operational goals.
