Description
A Well Reputed Industrial Company in Alexandria Egypt is Currently Hiring A Warehouse Manager with Minimum 10 Years’ Experience Monitoring & Observing Large/ High Volume Capacity Warehouses Industrial Companies Only. The Proper Candidates should have plenty of Flexibility and Managing skills to lead the whole team and dealing with other Departments’ workflow and needs. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse activities (Spare parts, packing materials, raw materials & finished product Stocks) Monitor and manage daily workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all orders. Implement and manage inventory control systems Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and coach the warehouse team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback. Inventory Control & Accuracy: Implement Strong cycle to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. Resolve inventory Problems. Health, Safety & Security: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies (e.g., OSHA standards, Egyptian labor laws, fire safety). Develop and enforce warehouse safety procedures. Implement security measures. Logistics & Transportation Coordination: Coordinate with transportation providers (in-house or third-party) for timely inbound and outbound shipments. Optimize loading and unloading processes Ensure proper documentation for all shipments, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms (if international). Technology & Continuous Improvement: Maximize the use of the Warehouse Management (SAP-ERP System). Reporting & Communication: Generate and analyze regular reports on warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, shipping errors, cost per unit, safety incidents). Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., Production, Purchasing, Accounting) to ensure seamless Logistics Department. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration Or related field. Experience: Minimum of [10-15] years of progressive experience in warehouse management with at least 5 Years as manager at Major Corporates Experience in Industrial Filed
