We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our warehouse facility in Plum. This role is key to keeping our field technicians equipped and our service operations running smoothly. If you’re an organized leader with experience in HVAC or plumbing supply — we want to hear from you.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing parts and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, using tools like ServiceTitan to monitor and replenish stock
• Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and product tracking
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for workflow and efficiency
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of internal orders for our field teams
• Enforce warehouse safety practices that meet OSHA and industry standards
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery or material issues
• Approve invoices using Stampli and manage other related documentation
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory trends and improve operations
