Job overview : The right candidate is the overall owner of the assigned tasks related to keeping a high functioning warehouse for Salomon in Norway. The position is responsible for the supply chain inbound and outbound, forecasting, ordering and picking skis together with key partners on the market. In addition the position is expected to support the Salomon Brand (marketing) and Commercial teams wherever there might be needs for support. Your main missions : Warehouse leadership Ski selection with key partners Expediting receiving and shipping of goods Secure efficient and well organized warehouse Maintaining documentation and stock control Implement operational policies and procedures Sales support Pick & Pack cross country equipment for ASMs Pick & Pack event materials for trail running events Sample resale hardgoods / softgoods Contact person for key partners Presence at selected events and demos Racing support Pick & Pack for Racing Manager Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience High passion for Sports / Outdoor and especially in cross country ski High end Ski Picking skills. Excellent knowledge in XC as a sport and Professional product knowledge Communication & Presentation skills Sell Through Activation In Store & Events Digital Skills Relationship-building & interpersonal skills Managing objections Customer value orientation Good knowledge of IT systems High passion for Sports / Outdoor Open Minded and willing to support in various tasks.
