About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensure the efficient, accurate and timely movement of stock.
This is a key operational role responsible for warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, team leadership, receiving and dispatch, and ensuring strong processes are in place to support the wider business.
You will be a practical leader who is comfortable being on the warehouse floor, solving problems, improving processes and working collaboratively with Production, Sales and Product Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Manage, coach and develop the warehouse team, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and ensure stock movements are accurately recorded.
- Oversee stocktakes, cycle counts and investigation of stock discrepancies.
- Ensure incoming goods are received, checked and processed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate outgoing orders to ensure customer and business requirements are met on time.
- Monitor warehouse performance, productivity and service levels.
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes, systems and workflows.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Sales and Operations to resolve stock and delivery issues.
- Monitor warehouse capacity, stock flow and space utilisation.
- Ensure ERP/Warehouse Management System transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damaged stock, short shipments and other operational issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the broader supply chain.
About You

- An experienced warehouse or distribution leader with strong operational knowledge.
- A hands-on manager who leads from the front and is comfortable working alongside their team.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident managing inventory and resolving stock discrepancies.
- A strong communicator who can work effectively across different areas of the business.
- Comfortable using ERP and warehouse management systems Netsuite experience desirable.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify problems and implement practical improvements.
- A natural people leader who can build a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture.
