OVERVIEW:

SouthernCarlson is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. This role is key to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and leading a high-performing warehouse team.
Monday-Friday, Daytime Schedule
$55,000-$62,000 Starting Salary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of experience managing a large warehouse operation
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in inventory control and warehouse reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and team management experience
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, and staging inventory.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse employees to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations.
  • Review and manage work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and direction to the warehouse team.
  • Collaborate with the regional leadership to improve operational processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
