OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting operational goals.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in profit & loss management and budgeting within a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations and NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) regulations.
• Expertise in supply chain analytics, materials management, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in inventory control practices, shipping & receiving procedures, and freight logistics.
• Experience with fleet management and transportation management systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage production planning effectively while supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize transportation management systems to optimize logistics and transportation planning.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with supply chain management to align inventory levels with demand planning.
• Monitor budgetary performance and assist in budgeting processes related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure effective communication between departments regarding order fulfillment and dispatching activities.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse environment.
