QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
  • Strong experience in ERP systems preferably SAP.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ethical, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all inventory activities (receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, annual physical inventory).
  • Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control procedures to ensure 99%+ accuracy for critical aviation parts and high-value items.
  • Utilize ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Responsible for issuance of materials from stores according to drawings and works orders/tickets. Ensuring that all materials that are issued have been are properly documented.
  • Responsible for proper maintenance of minimum stock level of materials.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; assign duties and monitor performance.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams for timely order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure safe storage, handling, and labeling of materials in compliance with QHSE standards.
  • Monitor inventory of hazardous materials and maintain proper disposal records as per environmental regulations.
  • Support sustainability goals by minimizing waste and encouraging efficient resource use.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in the store area.
  • Maintain records required for QHSE audits and contribute data for EcoVadis sustainability evaluations.
