Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Street Solutions UK is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Ramsbottom, Lancashire. Operating from our 11,000 sq. ft warehouse, we supply essential site and safety equipment to customers across the UK and Europe. We’re now seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operation and lead a small team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, wants to lead by example, and isn’t afraid to set high standards. You’ll bring structure, drive, and accountability to a team that currently lacks leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods-in, inventory control, picking/packing, returns, and dispatch.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support a small team of warehouse operatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse at all times.
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert the Office Manager when reordering is needed.
  • Drive the company van to collect urgent stock or equipment from local suppliers.
  • Coordinate with couriers, suppliers, and transport companies as needed.
  • Manage warehouse consumables (tape, labels, packaging, etc.).
  • Implement or maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve workflow and accuracy.
  • Enforce health & safety standards and ensure proper manual handling practices.
  • Ensure someone is always available during break times to receive or load deliveries.
