JOB SUMMARY

We are a busy warehouse that supports the book publishing industry, based in Fulham.
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Warehouse Manager / Team Leader to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be logistically minded and hold a high level of accuracy & numeracy, with a keen eye for detail. They will possess strong organisational skills and be able to drive a team to success.
This role will support smooth operations between our administration and warehouse teams, while managing key requirements and workflows. You will be working closely with the rest of our management team and would report directly to our company Directors.

• Work alongside our warehouse packing team to manage the flow of works processed, delegating as required to ensure completion of same day orders.
• Ensure the team and business are operating within compliance of H&S regulations.
• Support with the hiring process of new team members, as well as training.
• Support company Directors and management team in identifying and pursuing streamlining improvements.
• Maintain packaging stock levels and take charge of purchase orders for the business.
• Drives own development and completes required training.
• Able to identify when to escalate an issue or difficult situation to senior management.
