POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. This role is critical to our success, managing purchasing, inventory, fleet operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of fleet management practices
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in construction or home services industry
• Forklift certification
• Experience with warehouse management software
• Knowledge of foundation repair/waterproofing materials
• Supervisory experience with small teams

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in warehouse environment
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license required
