Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our distribution facility operations. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and leads, manage inbound and outbound logistics, control costs, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently upheld. What You'll Do Lead high-volume warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping Work extensively in our ERP system on a daily basis, including: Managing inventory across our main facility and outside warehouse locations Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments Tracking inbound and outbound orders from receipt through delivery Partner with transportation providers to meet plant needs and customer deadlines Supervise a small high-performing warehouse team Maintain safety compliance and quality standards Qualifications Required: 5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a high-volume environment Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as business needs require Proficiency with ERP systems and basic computer skills (MS Office) Preferred: Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field Forklift certification (we will train the right candidate) Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with OSHA compliance and safety program management Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-sponsored life insurance and disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development support A collaborative, people-first culture with room to advance How to Apply Click "Apply Now" to submit your resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience.
