We are currently inviting a Warehouse Manager to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Report line: Head of Supply Chain In this role, you will: 1. Warehouse Setup & Process Establishment Develop all warehouse workflows, SOPs, and documentation for a new factory environment. Participate in layout planning, equipment selection, zoning, and setup of warehouse infrastructure. Implement warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP), barcode processes, and traceability. Ensure warehouse operations meet requirements for electronics manufacturing (ESD handling, moisture-sensitive materials, accuracy, speed). 2. Warehouse Operations Management Oversee receiving, labeling, storage, picking, issuing to production, and finished‑goods preparation for shipment. Manage material flow to support production ramp‑up and ensure zero interruptions to SMT and assembly lines. Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and coordination with local customs brokers (if applicable). Maintain warehouse safety and ESD/ISO/LEAN compliance. 3. Team Building & People Management Recruit, train, and develop a new warehouse team (receiving, material handlers, FG team). Set clear performance expectations, develop work instructions, and monitor KPI targets. Lead change management and coach employees to adapt to new processes and technologies. 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of material requirements. Support NPI builds, engineering samples, and pilot production runs through precise material control. Participate in meetings to resolve material-related issues. 5. Inventory Accuracy & Reporting Ensure complete alignment between physical inventory and ERP system data. Coordinate monthly and annual inventory counts; investigate variances and implement corrective actions. Build dashboards for warehouse KPIs: accuracy, cycle time, receiving lead time, productivity, space utilization. College or university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics/EMS. Proven experience in leading teams and implementing structured processes. Experience in warehouse setup, ramp‑up, or new factory transition is a strong advantage. Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, problem‑solving). Experience with ERP or WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Bravo, MISA, etc.). Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving ability. High sense of responsibility, integrity, and operational discipline.
