JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a two-person warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintenance, and distribution of essential supplies. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, manage repairs, and fulfill seasonal inventory needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physically active environment, handling warehouse equipment and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for small equipment (e.g., pressure washers).
  • Valid driver’s license required for transportation of inventory items.
    Requirements:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications for tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in vendor management, order processing, and basic equipment maintenance is preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for inventory management and reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, particularly with pressure washers and small warehouse equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance, including fueling and tracking service needs.

PHYSICAL & OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transporting inventory and equipment.

SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
