Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Biggleswade
We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimising our warehouse operations to support continued business growth.
Not only will you be leading our operations, you will also be working with senior leaders on delivering long term business strategies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate the warehouse team, managing staffing, organisation, and workflow.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound, storage, order picking, packing, loading, and shipping.
  • Ensure high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
  • Monitor performance, identify improvements, and manage change effectively.
  • Support and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Work with senior management to plan resources, set targets, and deliver business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and long-term satisfaction.
