The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

Warehouse Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and freight.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage warehouse layout and design to optimize space and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
  • Managing the warehouse team to ensure service levels align with United Fasteners’ reputation for on-time delivery and technical excellence.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer needs.

Inventory Control:

  • Manage timely receival of goods in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory records.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
