We’re seeking a hands-on and strategic Warehouse & Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our manufacturing and warehouse teams. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth production flow, efficient inventory movement, and alignment across logistics, purchasing, and customer service functions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with NetSuite for production, inventory, and reporting
  • Hands-on knowledge of real-time inventory tracking via WMS
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma tools and methodologies
  • Forklift certification or materials handling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage warehouse and production staff to meet daily and long-term performance goals
  • Oversee production schedules, ensuring work orders are completed on time and to spec
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and material flow using ERP and WMS systems
  • Allocate resources effectively across departments and manage staffing needs
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and GMP standards
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in production, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Implement lean manufacturing strategies to enhance throughput and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement
