Warehouse Manager – Rayleigh, Essex

Are you a hands-on, senior warehouse professional with at least 3 years’ experience in a 3PL environment? US Launchpad is a fast-growing fulfilment partner for ambitious e-commerce brands across the UK, EU, and US. We deliver seamless D2C, B2B, and FBA fulfilment and we’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to keep our Rayleigh site running like clockwork.
What you’ll do:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Support your team hands-on when needed, including goods in, picking, and packing.
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements to keep operations smooth.
Lead and coach a team of up to 8 warehouse operatives, fostering accountability and performance.
What we need from you:
Minimum 3 years in a senior 3PL warehouse role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Mintsoft WMS is a bonus.
Comfortable balancing operational management with hands-on warehouse work.
