About the Role: USAgain currently has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Warehouse in West Chicago, IL. In this position, you will be handling, processing, and preparing all raw materials received into finished materials for warehouse inventory storage, sale, and shipment to the customer. Location: West Chicago, IL WORK SCHEDULE: Work Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Start Time: Between 2:00 to 3:00 PM CST Duration: 8 hours per day Salary: $23.00 per hour PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving and Processing: Receive materials and ensure they are accurately processed into the warehouse system. Pushing and Pulling Carts: Move carts loaded with products throughout the warehouse as needed. Lifting, Twisting, and Placing: Regularly lift, twist, and place items during the shift, ensuring proper handling and organization. Unload trucks by hand—this is a physical role and manual handling Work the trailer for 2-3 hours daily Staging Finished Products: Stage finished products in designated loading areas for shipment using a forklift. Other Warehouse Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed to support the overall functions of the warehouse. Expect to spend 80-90% of your time handling materials by hand, with only 10-20% of the time using equipment. Candidates must be able to perform the following: Must be 21 years of age or older 2 years experience in warehouse and material handling Flexibility to work hours based on business needs, including possible evenings Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, twisting, and placing materials for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Ability to twist, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Forklift experience required, certification a DEFINITE PLUS but not required

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, processing, and preparing raw materials for inventory storage and shipment. This includes physically handling materials and staging finished products for delivery.
