What You’ll Do Load and unload trucks, and manage incoming shipments from carriers Pull materials for production and shipping using RF scanners and ERP systems Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment Complete accurate system transactions and maintain clean, organized inventory areas Perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy Package materials and weigh outgoing shipments for vendors and customers Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and support a clean, efficient warehouse Qualifications A Qualified Candidate Will Bring 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role Hold a high school diploma or equivalent Be confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in ERP systems like Syteline or SAP a plus Have forklift experience and be able to obtain certification Be comfortable lifting 30 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally Stay sharp under pressure with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Who We Are HAT is a rapidly growing manufacturer of monitor mounting solutions, height-adjustable tables, and other ergonomic office products.
