This role involves coordinating with production, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the movement of materials and finished goods within the plant, ensuring alignment with production schedules and inventory requirements. Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing material shortages or overstock situations. Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless logistics processes and resolve any issues related to materials handling. Monitor plant logistics performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all plant logistics activities. Support the implementation of new logistics processes and technologies to improve operational performance and streamline workflows. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in plant logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
