Description

High school diploma or GED required. Operational leadership experience in a warehouse/logistics lead role, focused on material prep, Kanban/kitting, and supervising a mid-sized team. Exposure to NPI/TPI/PVT builds is required. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proven continuous-improvement mindset with documented ability to identify trends and implement 5S/lean improvements that boost throughput and accuracy (Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus). Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/ERP), MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with warehouse automation (AGV/AMR). Demonstrated capability as a people manager and coach, skilled in task assignment, performance reviews, resolving employee concerns, and sustaining morale. Safety- and quality-focused with strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements. Forklift certification may be required, depending on specific job duties. Availability to work any of the following shifts, to be determined at time of hire: 7am-7pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 7pm-7am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 7am-7pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
