MISSION OF THE POSITION The Warehouse Material Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, stocking inventory, and receiving and delivering local packages as needed. The ideal individual will be highly organized and understand the basic level of inventory control. This role will also be responsible for operating a company vehicle to make time-sensitive deliveries. Materials Coordination Functions Deliver parts and equipment to customers. Cycle Count and maintain inventory levels on technician vehicles. Set up and maintain bin locations and stock inventory in the correct bin or warehouse. Greet and assist will-call and walk-in over-the-counter customers. Manage shipping and receiving activities and review for quality assurance purposes. Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Receive and document damaged, expired, or non-conforming items, and coordinate appropriate actions, such as returns, replacements, or rejections. Update inventory records in real-time, ensure data integrity, and generate accurate reports. Promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the proper handling of inventory. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements EDUCATION High school diploma or GED required. CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES OSHA 10 Safety Training Certification preferred. EXPERIENCE One (1) to Two (2) years of warehouse experience preferred.
