POSITION OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Manager – Customer Service plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations between logistics, sales, inventory, and customer support. This individual will be the bridge between our warehouse and external/internal customers and will be involved in freight handling, customer communication, inventory control, and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or customer service roles
• Sales-minded with strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology (CRM, inventory systems, smartphones)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience in B2B and B2C environments is a plus
