warehouse Officer/Inventory Controller

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations or inventory control within the building materials industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking and stock management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with LPOs, LPRs, PRs, and ITRs processes.
• Coordination: Ability to work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to manage materials effectively.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inventory tasks simultaneously.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per mont

• Stock Management: Perform stock counting, inventory tracking, and stock reconciliation in Excel.
• LPO & LPR Handling: Process and manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and Local Purchase Requests (LPRs) efficiently.
• Order Management: Generate and process ITR (Internal Transfer Requests) against confirmed orders.
• Material Procurement: Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on stock levels and order requirements.
• Delivery Coordination: Plan and manage sales deliveries in alignment with customer requirements.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee material handling, receiving, and proper storage within the warehouse.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Process Improvement: Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies by implementing best inventory control practices.
