Key responsibilities

• Prepare and pack customer orders in line with product safety protocols
• Maintain day-to-day coordination and organisation of the warehouse
• Assist with unloading goods from containers and forklifts
• Support the loading of delivery vehicles
• Handle frozen and chilled goods with care and precision
• Monitor product quality and follow relevant handling regulations
• Ensure warehouse stock is arranged systematically to prevent damage
• Produce delivery documentation and support basic logistics reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements and skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Physically capable of lifting and moving goods up to 25kg
• Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment
• Forklift experience (valid licence preferred)
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles desirable
• Proficiency in Japanese language desirable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $53,400.00 per year
