DIDO role, camp accommodation and meals provided Day shift | Monday to Thursday | 38 hours per week Permanent fulltime role, located in Nebo UGL’s Manufacturing & Maintenance business is seeking an experienced Store Controller to join our high-performing team at our Nebo Maintenance Facility. This is a DIDO role working a Monday to Thursday day shift roster, with camp accommodation and meals provided. If you’re a proactive warehouse professional who thrives in a structured, safety-critical environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role supporting operational success. About the Role As the Store Controller, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory, supporting maintenance operations through effective receipting, storage, and distribution of parts and materials. Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include: · Inspecting incoming goods to ensure quality and compliance with standards · Managing the safe and efficient storage of parts across warehouse and yard locations · Coordinating the loading and unloading of deliveries and outbound shipments · Picking and issuing parts for service technicians in a timely manner · Preparing service kits to support maintenance activities · Conducting stocktaking and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy · Processing inventory transactions in UGL systems (including receipting, issuing, and managing rotables) · Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all procedures and requirements About You You are an experienced warehouse professional with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, ideally gained in a safety-critical environment such as rail, automotive, defence, mining, or heavy industry. You will also bring: · Current LF Forklift Licence with demonstrated experience operating counterbalance and high reach forklifts · Proven experience loading and unloading stock in warehouse and/or yard environments · Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships · High level of accountability, organisation, and a results-driven mindset · Solid computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and email · SAP experience (highly regarded) Above all, you are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude who takes pride in delivering quality work.
