Support on Warehouse planning and daily operation management2. Managing Picking & Packing based on the order sheet by customer3. Checking on the quality & quantity items for receiving & releasing (import & export)4. Maintain and update inventory records5. Liaising with Internal Customer Service and external service provider/supplier6. Other tasks assigned by manager7. Make sure the WMS 100% match the physical8. On time finish the VAS requirements from client9. Prepare docs for P&P10. Manage the 3PL for the daily operation11. Manage the warehouse stock Knowledge, Experience & Skills Graduate of Middle School or above Minimum 5 year experience in warehouse operations Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment Meticulous and able to multi-task Experience in driving of forklift with forklift truck license Knowledge of MS office Knowledge of simple English CEVA Logistics is proud to be an equal opportunity work place and an affirmative action employer.
