IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring an Warehouse Operation Supervisor for a dynamic warehouse team within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving daily operations, coaching a team, and ensuring exceptional service and productivity in a fast-paced 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) environment. Your leadership will be essential in delivering top-tier service, building trusted client relationships, and anticipating operational challenges before they arise.
Job Types: Full Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $31.50 / Hr.
Schedule: 6:00am to 14:30pm + OT/Weekends when needed

EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE

• · Certified forklift operator with 2 years’ experience on the following machines: MHE Double Endrider, Reach Truck and Dockstocker
• · Experience with RF Scanner
• · Experience with a Vocollect Headset

1. Leads by example the “our way” culture.
2. Lead, train, and support warehouse team members on the floor (70–80% of time).
3. Monitor KPIs and ensure on-time, accurate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
4. Implement best practices in safety, quality, and warehouse processes.
5. Communicate with customers and internal teams to meet service expectations.
6. Drive performance, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
7. Ensure compliance of all Health and Safety policies and procedures and any required reporting.
