Description Primary Purpose: Pricing and billing responsibilities (Rate Card, accounting collaboration); Analytical functions (cost forecasting, data analysis); Operational understanding (warehouse, WMS/ERP systems); Customer-facing communication and compliance; Strong computer/technical skills. Develop and maintain detailed Rate Card pricing for warehouse services, including updates for labor and supply cost changes. Partner with the Accounting team to review, reconcile, and submit accurate billing and invoicing information. Collaborate with customers to provide updates on: Pricing, costing, and procedural changes. Contract renewals and addendums. Inventory reconciliation and reorder thresholds. Compliance reporting and contract reconciliation. Support budget development and cost forecasting for warehouse operations. Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation for contracts, inventory reports, and rate adjustments. Learn and utilize new software systems to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure transparency and operational success. Focuses on a people-first approach across the organization. Diagnoses problems quickly, foresees potential issues, and delivers resolution.? Maintain a collaborative work environment and work well with others. Perform all other duties, as assigned. Requirements Minimum AA/AS degree required with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain. Will consider a combination of education and transferable experience in lieu of a degree. Strong computer & technical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Familiarity with databases and inventory software, a plus. Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems, a plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools and systems quickly. Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills Knowledge of contract management or pricing analysis, preferred. Demonstrates a people-first, service-oriented approach in all interactions. Availability: Must be available for occasional evening and weekend work to accomplish the outcomes of the job.
