Description

Operational Execution: Master the daily rhythms of your assigned track - whether running fulfillment lines, operating machinery, evaluating returned tech hardware, or overseeing inventory.
Inbound & Outbound Handling: Handle daily inbound and outbound processes, including receiving shipments (unloading trucks), unpacking devices, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for secure and timely dispatch.
Ergonomic Load Management: Safely handle consumer electronics and packages in line with German health and safety standards (Lastenhandhabungsverordnung), utilizing provided mechanical lifting aids where appropriate. Occasional handling of heavier items (up to 30 kg) will always be done with team lifting or mechanical assistance.
Inventory Control: Put away, pick, and pack goods while performing regular stock counts, organizing storage areas, and verifying serial numbers.
Digital Logging: Utilize handheld Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to ensure every item is accurately logged in our system.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Identify and report any product damage or discrepancies to the Team Lead immediately. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
