Description Position: Warehouse Operations Associate (Selector/Floater) About the role: The Warehouse Operations Associate (Selector/Floater) uses an electronic pick list to accurately locate, pick, and palletize products for shipment. This role also includes inspecting and processing orders to ensure product quality and accuracy. This is a cross-trained position that supports multiple areas of warehouse and production operations as needed. The role plays an important part in ensuring customer orders are filled safely, accurately, and on time. Are You a Good Fit? What you will be doing: Use a handheld tablet to locate and pick products within a 75,000-square-foot warehouse. Operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks to stack, palletize, and transport products. Perform quality checks and verify product counts against pick slips for accuracy. Prepare, pack, and process customer orders for shipment. Ensure accurate shipping documentation is attached and pallets are properly staged. Crosstrain in multiple warehouse and production areas to provide coverage and support where needed, including filling in for team members during absences or peak demand. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
