Key responsibilities

• Supervise and verify inbound shipments
• Ensure correct bin allocation and ERP accuracy
• Lead structured weekly cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies
• Monitor slow-moving and seasonal inventory aging
• Returns Management
• Supervise sorting, reclassification, and system updates of returned stock
• Identify damaged or obsolete inventory for management review
• Reconcile and replenish stock between 3PL warehouses and main operational warehouse
• Support daily warehouse operations
• Ensure process discipline and compliance across warehouse teams
• Assist in manpower planning

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in warehouse operations or inventory control
• Strong experience in cycle counting and stock reconciliation
• ERP system experience required
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working with 3PL warehouses preferred
• Retail or distribution warehouse experience highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Leadership ability with strong accountability
