We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse activities. You’ll coordinate inventory movements, deliveries, stock records, warehouse schedules, and communication between warehouse, transport, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with warehouse and transport teams.
• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, order accuracy, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare warehouse reports and support improvements to productivity, safety, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
