Description Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator – The Fremont Company | Fremont, OH The Fremont Company has been making food families love since 1905 — Frank's Sauerkraut, Mississippi BBQ Sauce, Paisley Farms Bean Salad — and we need a Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator who runs a tight ship and takes pride in knowing nothing falls through the cracks on their watch. This isn't a clipboard role. You'll own the full operation — our Fremont facility plus multiple offsite storage locations. Here's what your days look like: Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments — accuracy, timeliness, no excuses Inspect incoming freight and document damage, shortages, or discrepancies on the spot Schedule and manage LTL, FTL, and dedicated carriers for daily pickups and deliveries Build and maintain carrier relationships and hold them accountable when issues come up Keep inventory records clean and current across the main facility and multiple offsite locations Run cycle counts, reconciliations, and product transfers with proper documentation every time Catch discrepancies, overages, and shortages before they become someone else's problem Build BOLs, process invoices, and manage all supporting paperwork from start to finish Lead and direct two warehouse team members — set the standard, set the tone What You Need 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role Real, working knowledge of BOLs, freight invoicing, and inventory documentation Proven experience scheduling and managing LTL/FTL carriers Comfortable with WMS or inventory software and solid in Excel, Word, and Outlook Sharp eye for discrepancies — you find problems before they find you Forklift certified (or ready to get there) Multi-location inventory experience, ERP/WMS background, or food manufacturing/distribution?
