POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Lead to join our dynamic team in a high-velocity manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the full scope of warehouse operations, from inbound receiving and inventory control to materials staging and outbound logistics. This role is critical for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining impeccable inventory accuracy, championing a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement to support our production and fulfillment goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1-2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience is highly desired.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including cycle counting and reconciliation.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety standards (OSHA/OH&S) and 5S/lean manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and KPIs to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
