Warehouse Operations

• Assist in receiving and unloading incoming materials and goods.
• Check quantities and condition of materials against delivery documents under supervision.
• Move and arrange materials in designated storage locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles safely.
• Pick materials and products according to authorized requests or picking lists.
• Pack, label, and prepare materials for dispatch.
• Assist with internal movement and transfer of stock between warehouse locations.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and appropriately.
• Support stock counting, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities.
• Report damaged, missing, expired, or incorrectly stored materials to the Storekeeper or Supervisor.

Stores Support

• Assist the Storekeeper in maintaining accurate stock records.
• Help identify and organize materials according to item codes, descriptions, and locations.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
• Assist in maintaining bin locations, labels, and storage areas.
• Support the segregation of damaged, returned, or rejected materials.
• Keep aisles, storage areas, loading areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
