Reporting to the VP of Logistics, the Warehouse Operations Manager oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and fulfillment logistics to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of merchandise and event support projects.
This employee will report to the warehouse in Leander every week day.
This role is responsible for managing all shipping and receiving functions, quality control of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory tracking and reconciliation, and coordinating labor for pick/pack and kitting assignments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with warehouse operations and a deep understanding of logistics processes, is detail-oriented and adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years experience managing shipping/receiving and quality control in a fast-paced warehouse / logistics setting
  • Full time in-office position, 5 days a week at our facility in Leander, Texas.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with inventory management software, proficiency with shipping via domestic providers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) required. International shipping experience preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience using Flex or EZ Rent Out for inventory management
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Wrike and Google Suite

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in both traditional and non-traditional settings; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, balance, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate (up to 50 pounds) amounts of weight; to operate various equipment required to perform job; may be required to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving for all merchandise-related projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee quality control for both incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure standards are met.
  • Contract and manage temporary labor or vendors for pick/pack and kit fulfillment projects.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Flex and EZ Rent Out; prior experience with these systems is a bonus.
  • Exemplify exceptional communication skills with clients and across internal departments and a willingness to identify solutions when challenges arise.
  • Source goods and services, including identifying potential new vendors, as directed.
  • Maintain internal project management system (Wrike) with required tasks, deadlines, and updates to ensure full transparency across agency teams.
  • Reconcile all purchases in project budgets, including net cost, vendor, vendor invoice number, and PO number.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with key vendors.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to fulfill assigned project requirements and alert the team of incoming all project logistics timelines
  • Provide high-quality customer service, communicating to clients with appropriate and relevant status updates.
  • Escalate production or logistics issues immediately to management.
  • Organize, plan and coordinate assigned projects based on due dates.
  • Create purchase orders and submit invoices for payment.
  • Maintain and enter accurate project-related time accruals in TimeCamp daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
