REQUIREMENTSSKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in warehouse, 3PL, or light industrial fulfillment
• 5+ years managing fulfillment/logistics teams
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Proven ability to lead teams, create and enforce SOPs
• High attention to detail and strong process orientation
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in typical warehouse conditions

ROLE

Kings Loot is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead our 13,000 sq ft Las Vegas warehouse. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every order ships same-day, inventory remains accurate and organized, and the warehouse team operates at high efficiency and morale. This is a hands-on leadership role inside a fast-moving DTC brand supporting thousands of customers each week. You’ll manage people, process, and performance — and set the tone for excellence every shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

• Ensure all orders ship same-day by 4:30 PM PST
• Oversee daily picking, packing, and carrier pickups
• Track and reconcile shipping label costs to avoid overcharges
• Maintain all fulfillment equipment to operational standards
